At Howdy Hair Co, I completely understand that life happens! If you ever need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
• 48+ hours notice – No charge.
• Less than 48 hours – 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
• No-shows – 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.
A card is required to hold your appointment, but it will only be charged if this policy is violated.
This helps me respect both your time and mine, while also allowing me to offer appointments to other clients who may be waiting. Thank you!
